CASP Tracker (casptracker.eu) is an independent, static information website that re-presents the official ESMA register of MiCA-licensed crypto-asset service providers. We do not run user accounts, logins, comment forms, or newsletters, and we do not ask you for personal data. This policy explains the limited data that is processed when you visit the site.

Who is responsible

casptracker.eu is operated by Media Internetowe sp. z o.o., ul. Królewiecka 147/4, 54-117 Wrocław, Poland (NIP 8943230947, REGON 527988443, KRS 0001091829), which is the data controller for the processing described here. For any privacy request you can contact us at contact@casptracker.eu.

What we collect

We do not collect personal data directly. The site does not host forms, accounts, or trackers beyond the analytics described below. We do not sell or share data for advertising, and we do not build user profiles.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js, measurement ID G-WFSN9VETD5), a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how the site is used in aggregate (for example, how many people visit, which pages are popular, and roughly where visitors come from). This helps us improve the site.

For this purpose Google Analytics may process:

  • pages you view on the site and the order in which you view them;
  • the approximate, city-level location derived from your IP address (Google Analytics 4 does not log or store the IP address itself);
  • device and browser information (type, screen size, operating system, language);
  • the referring website or campaign that brought you here;
  • a randomly generated identifier stored in cookies to recognise returning visits.

Data is processed on Google's infrastructure, which may involve transfers outside the EU/EEA under Google's standard data-protection safeguards. For details see Google's Privacy Policy and how Google Analytics safeguards data.

Cookies

The only cookies set by this site are the Google Analytics cookies (for example _ga and _ga_*), used to distinguish visitors and sessions. They contain a random identifier, not your name or contact details. We do not use advertising, social-media, or other third-party tracking cookies.

Legal basis and retention

Where required, our legal basis for analytics is your consent or our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the site (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR). Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration and then deleted or aggregated by Google. You can withdraw consent at any time using the opt-out options above.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may have the right to access, correct, or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority. Because we do not store directly-identifying information, we may be unable to link analytics data to a specific person, but we will help where we can. The site links to the official ESMA register and to the websites of listed providers. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

Children

The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
